Originally from the Carolina Upstate in Cowpens/Spartanburg County, South Carolina. Revolutionary War buffs will remember a small but decisive victory for the American patriots here. Both stones are 46 inches in diameter. The runner is 13 inches thick at the center, 10 inches on edge with a round 9 inch deep cut spanish cross cut eye,  yoke still attached. The set stone is 8 inches thick at the center, 6 inches at the edge. It has a 9 inch square recessed to round eye, and both have lots of grooves that are deep and well pronounced. Millstones are cut in modified quarter dress. Weight approximately 3350 lbs. A fabulous looking pair.
